On March 19, 2016, I had a great opportunity to DJ and donate my time for Paw Works' 2nd Annual Ties & Tails Gala at the Moorpark Country Club. There were wine tasting, a live band, a photographer, silent auction, an award ceremony, a special video presentation and a live auction. There were also a few celebrity appearances such as Fred Roggins as the evening's MC, Kaley Cuoco from the show The Big Bang Theory, & Zeus the Husky! My role for the night was to play music during dinner in between the live band's set & to mix music for the dancing portion of the evening. Towards the end of the night, there wasn't much dancing as expected, but people still had a great time mingling and connecting with each other. Overall, the event was a great success and the Paw Works community is ever expanding and continually gaining support from others. I'm happy to be involved in their effort and mission.
