The Park Hyatt Aviara is a beautiful venue that hosted Alyssa and Tim's ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception. I was their DJ for the day and I'm excited to share with you what it was like to DJ at this stunning venue. In the ceremony, I worked with the AV team to ensure that the sound was perfect and played the music at the right time. During the cocktail hour, I ran wireless sound to my third speaker, which helped create the perfect ambiance for guests as they walked throughout the venue space.
For the reception, I used my two white RCF EVOX 12 speakers, which are crystal clear and covered the whole reception space really well. I also had my video DJ booth set up with the couple's logo projected on the screen, which looked really cool. Throughout the night, we handed off party sticks and used my cold sparklers for those high-energy moments. I also had dance lights that synced well with my music, which created a nice ambiance for everyone in the room.
